Preferred: Experience in Accounts Payable with Smart Personality with specially Indian accountancy exposure in Indian companies.

Preferred: CA Inter / CA Semi Qualified experienced candidates.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive Accounts Payable with a strong background in Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and income tax compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, Excel functions, and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance preparation.
• Manage GST filings, input/output reconciliation, and compliance.
• Handle TDS deductions, deposits, and quarterly TDS return filings across all applicable sections.
• Assist with Income Tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports and support audits.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Indian statutory compliance.
• Proficient in TDS (with section-wise knowledge), GST, and Income Tax laws.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (with V look up, H look up, pivot table, count If, Sum If)
• Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Zoho, or similar.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Degree in M.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounting) 6 Years, CA Inter, CA Finalist, CA Semi qualified, Smart Personality preferred Indian Accountancy with 5+ years of experience.
