Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesModel Development: Build and fine-tune machine learning and generative models (e.g., GPT, BERT, GANs) for various applications such as text summarization, classification, recommendation systems, and chatbot interfaces.
Data Handling: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for training and evaluation.
Pipeline Engineering: Develop and maintain ML pipelines and workflows using Python, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts for large language models to improve relevance and performance.
API Integration: Expose models through REST APIs or integrate third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and software engineering to integrate AI components into production systems.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of experiments, models, and processes. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in ML/AI with strong exposure to Generative AI concepts.
Proficiency in Python and related libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with LLMs, transformer-based models, and prompt engineering.
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering.
Hands-on experience in working with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and model deployment workflows.
Preferred SkillsExperience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps tools like MLflow.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
Soft SkillsCurious, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
