This role is responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise service delivery across T-Mobile. The position focuses on platform-level development including Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, security model implementation, custom application development, core ServiceNow tables, and integrations.

The developer works closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into maintainable platform solutions while ensuring performance, security, and data integrity. Independent judgment is applied to design and implement workflow logic, integration patterns, security controls, and application structures that align with platform standards and operational needs. Success is measured by the delivery of high-quality platform solutions that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and enhance user and operational experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow platform functionality using Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
• Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications leveraging core tables, scoped applications, and reusable platform components.
• Implement and support platform security including roles, ACLs, data protection rules, and access controls aligned with enterprise standards.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers to enable reliable data exchange with external systems.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide API to support automation, validation, and platform logic.
• Partner with product owners, platform support, and operational teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues related to workflows, integrations, security, and data behavior.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices for performance, maintainability, and upgrade safety.
• Produce technical documentation for workflows, integrations, application logic, and security configurations.
• Support platform improvement initiatives, refactoring efforts, environment cleanups, and upgrades as needed.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
• 4-7 years - Technical engineering experience.
