Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description-
Develop understanding of products, Customer base, Product key highlights and USPs/ promotion points. Market Analysis, devise market strategies for the Company / verticals/ segments to be focused upon. Improve visibility to establish Kirloskar Chillers within the verticals focused upon - HVAC consultants, various Industry sectors, Institutional customers, etc. Establish & maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, potential and existing customers, incorporation of specification by working with consultants. Approval of make, vendor registration process Promotional Activity: Advertising, EDMs, Product Bulletins, product presentations, Seminars, exhibitions and other events, installation references and testimonials, etc. MARCOM - designing, creation and updating of creatives, collaterals, promotional brochures, catalogues, website, technical articles, presentations, guide specifications, IOM manuals, newsletters, corporate gifts, digital marketing & social media. Database- create structured database for all customer & consultant contacts, maintain & update them regularly. BUild and maintain database for competitors' product information and create USPs for our products based on this information Establish internal branding and brand building within the organisation Adherance to CIM in all documents and visual imagery SUpport to Export and overseas distributors for marketing & promotion activities Coordination of customer/ consultant visits to Factory Organisation & Coordination of Sales Meet, AOP Meetings, vendor meet, etc. Maintenance of IMS System and related documents Key Accounts Management New Market Strategies/ New Product knowledge
