Job Description
We are hiring : Sr. Engineer/ Engineer - Electrical
Department: Maintenance
Qualification : DEE / BE
Experience : 3 to 5 Yrs.
Position : 2 Openings
Age : between 20 to 30 Years
Gender : Male
Annual Salary (CTC): Rs. 4.20 L to 4.50 L
Key Specialisation:
- Strong Knowledge of Machine Maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Hands-on knowledge of machine maintenance, electrical motors, and basic PLC systems .
- Hands-on experience with IATF and OHSAS documentation
- Knowledge of Electrical drawing Reading.
- Strong Understanding of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance practices
- Skilled in Why-Why analysis of breakdowns and implementing preventive actions for repetitive issues
- Implementing and following "5S " , Kaizen on shop floor and "SAFETY NORMS " during their shift.
Skills Required:
- Positive attitude towards work and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support the team.
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on root cause analysis.
- Proactive in driving process improvements and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
