Sr. Energy Modeller Sustainability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teams from around the globe in delivering Projects from the India office.
• Should have good proficiency in using Rhino and Sketchup modelling software.
• Shall be assisting in building 3D geometry for building simulation in IES VE, Sketchup, Rhino etc.
• Perform Daylighting, Glare, and Thermal simulations using IES VE, Open Studio, Radiance, and equivalent software.
• Should be able to perform parametric and sensitivity analysis of passive design elements in a building for the concept design stage.

Essential Skills:

• Masters degree in architecture/integrated design/building performance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 Years of working experience in sustainable building design such as energy modelling for Leed Certification, PRM, Part L, NABERS, Energy auditing, Zero Energy and Zero Carbon building design.
• Experience in interpreting Architectural, HVAC and other Construction-related drawings, HVAC Equipment specifications etc.
• Conversant with modelling software like Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, and Radiance.
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and grow both professionally and personally with the team.
