Area(s) of responsibility

• Develop, modify, and maintain custom ABAP programs to enhance SAP functionality.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing SAP ABAP programs and provide effective solutions.
• Work on enhancements, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, ALV reports, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support integration/system testing activities.
• Optimize ABAP code for improved performance and adhere to best practices in coding.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP and ABAP technology.
• Provide technical documentation for developed and modified objects.

Essential job tasks

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development on S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
• Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, PS) and their integration points.
• Experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Web Dynpro and ALV reporting.
• Familiarity with user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
