Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UiPath development and a strong understanding of check processing and cards & payments domains. This role involves developing and optimizing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation within the company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automation solutions.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers in the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Test and debug automation workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.
  • Document automation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and compliance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve automation solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and industry trends to incorporate best practices into development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation projects.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for automation within the organization.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality.
  • Support the integration of automation solutions with existing systems and platforms.

  • Possess a strong background in UiPath development with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in check processing and cards & payments domains to effectively address business needs.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
