Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Warehousing ETL and Data Integration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DBT PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage with a preference for experience in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills to drive data solutions and enhance business processes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Design and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data projects.
  • Utilize PL/SQL to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
  • Leverage IBM Infosphere Datastage to manage and streamline data workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data processes to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance data solutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of data governance and data quality standards.
  • Document technical specifications and project progress for stakeholders.
  • Engage in continuous learning to expand domain knowledge in Cards and Payments.
  • Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Data Warehousing Concepts and Scheduling Basics.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ETL processes and Data Integration techniques.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage.
  • Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
