Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience specializing in UiPath development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and implementing automation solutions. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. The role involves day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in UiPath development ensuring high-quality and efficient code.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and update existing automation solutions to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Document all development processes including design testing and deployment for future reference.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on UiPath best practices and development techniques.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all automation projects.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting to enhance automation solutions and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and automation technologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in UiPath development with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting principles to effectively integrate automation solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Display attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.

    • Certifications Required

    UiPath Certified Professional Developer (UCPD) or equivalent certification.
