Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in SQL Server and ETL Validation. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts. This role involves developing and maintaining data solutions ensuring data integrity and optimizing performance. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our data infrastructure and contributing to the companys success.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.Perform ETL validation to ensure accurate and reliable data extraction transformation and loading processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data solutions.Design and implement data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.Optimize SQL queries and database performance to enhance system efficiency.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues.Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.Document database designs processes and procedures for future reference.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and performance.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices.Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative team environment.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
