Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. dot Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Automation and Payer domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves developing and maintaining automation solutions ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys mission of providing innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation workflows.Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing and validation of automation scripts.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.Document automation processes and maintain up-to-date records of all automation activities.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation to continuously improve solutions.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for automation within the organization.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver automation solutions that meet their requirements.Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions to ensure they run efficiently.Provide training and support to end-users on how to use automation tools and solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation activities.Collaborate with the Payer domain experts to ensure automation solutions are aligned with domain-specific requirements.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in automation with at least 5 years of relevant experience.Have experience in the Payer domain understanding its specific challenges and requirements.Demonstrate proficiency in automation tools and technologies.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions.Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Show attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable work.Demonstrate the ability to document processes clearly and concisely.Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Have experience working in a hybrid work model.Be adaptable and flexible to changing project requirements and priorities.
