Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Angular Rest API Spring Boot and Advanced Java. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current and competitive.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure that all development activities adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and high-quality releases.
  • Document development processes code changes and other technical information.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Angular Rest API Spring Boot and Advanced Java.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
