implementation projects. You will collaborate with an international team to drive the success and scalability
of our Conversational AI solutions.
Responsibilities
BOT Developer using Amazon Polly and Conversational AI Lex Google dialog flow GenAI Bot development Node.js or Python . With a focus on hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the Finance & Accounting and Property & Casualty Insurance domains. Implement new features including external application integrations Enhance Generative AI applications (e.g. FAQ and Knowledge Base Systems Copilot system text summarization language translation user profiling personalization). Drive the innovation pillar within the CAI Bot Development Center of Excellence. Train bot Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models and analyze bot performance. Assess project issues and provide use case counselling. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and guidelines. Design and deliver training programs for team members and customers.
