Job Summary

  • Primary Skills : Java 8+ Spring Boot Micro Services Restful Services OCI Cloud

    • We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Java 8 and Spring Boot for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably experience in the Pharmacy Claims domain. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions to support our business objectives.


    Responsibilities

  • Primary Skills : Java 8+ Spring Boot Micro Services Restful Services OCI Cloud
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java 8 and Spring Boot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and effective
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
  • Document software designs code and processes for future reference
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Java 8 and Spring Boot
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Have experience in the Pharmacy Claims domain (nice to have)
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions
  • Display a commitment to maintaining code quality and performance
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies
  • Show experience in writing and executing unit and integration tests
  • Exhibit strong documentation skills for software designs and processes
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
