What Youll Do

• Lead and manage the design team while driving creative direction
• Create compelling moodboards, colour palettes, and surface design concepts
• Develop innovative print and textile designs aligned with brand aesthetics
• Select materials, trims, colours, and textures that meet the design brief
• Collaborate closely with sourcing, merchandising, and other cross-functional teams
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and techniques
• Engage with vendors and explore new sourcing opportunities
• Maintain accurate design records and deliver designs as per timeline

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Textile Design
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, colours, textures, trims, and embroidery techniques
• Excellent drawing, digital design & surface design skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A true team player with a passion for design, patterns & home aesthetics
