Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Senior Designer with a strong architectural background and proven expertise in the construction industry. You'll lead design projects, leveraging your mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of architectural design projects.
• Able to draw GFC drawings for the new projects
• Produce high-quality drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies for project optimization.
• Perform complex 3D modeling and visualization.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 7-9 years of architectural design experience, significant construction industry exposure preferred.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• experience in handling a team of designers
