Sr. Data Engineer - Healthcare Interoperability (C-CDA/FHIR)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer - Healthcare Interoperability (CCDA/FHIR) with 69 years of experience to work on healthcare interoperability solutions using Python, CCDA, FHIR, and HL7. The role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, performing healthcare data conversions, and working extensively with GCP services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with 4 days of mandatory work from office in Hyderabad.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with GCP services including Cloud Composer (Airflow/DAGs), Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL/BigQuery.
• Mandatory understanding of healthcare data standards such as CCDA and FHIR (HL7 is a plus).
• Experience performing data conversions like HL7 FHIR or CCDA FHIR.
• Ability to design, build, and automate ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP.
• Skilled in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring production data pipelines.
• Familiarity with FHIR APIs, FHIR data stores, and RESTful operations.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to InterSystems IRIS for Health or similar healthcare integration tools.
• Understanding of healthcare terminologies such as LOINC, SNOMED, ICD, RxNorm.

Work Mode: 4 Days in a week from office

Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
