Experience in coordinating with Customer, Suppliers and other stakeholders

MIS reports handling experience

Sound knowledge and Experience in fixed line Broad & Porting

Knowledge on end-to-end order management and delivery management

Candidate should have experience in handling international customer

Proactive skills required to manage various situations

Understanding of scheduling and manage site visits

KPI management such as SLA

Experience in preparing Local work instructions and suggesting improvement ideas

Periodic update to customers is key activity/responsibility

Strong Verbal and written communication skills

A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction

Knowledge of Salesforce, MS-Applications, BMC Remedy
