Position Summary

A seasoned professional with 5 to8 years of experience working in multidisciplinary Domestic and International projects, with specific expertise in Inside Plant Design, Hydra Planning HLD,LLD,Hydra Overlay. you will analyze and execute project plans for current and new scope of projects provided by Stakeholder. Ensures quality of work and that industry guideline and requirements are met.

Major Responsibilities

1. This is an operational role within Fibre services to Plan, Design the Fibre assets in GIS tools PNI Magik version 5.2.10. that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes

2. Proactively work with internal and external stakeholders to identify the project scope gaps and prepare a plan for the system update in PNI and PRM.

3. Plan, organize, and monitor the overall program objectives for the department. Utilize KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of teams to ensure all deliverables are completed efficiently and as scheduled.

4. Responsible for communicating process updates through regular team meetings

5. Design inside plant network infrastructure which is costeffective, fitforpurpose, and futureproof for Backhaul network and Enterprise customers and Cumolo report.

6. Leading all inside plant design activities and providing technical expertise on all aspects of fibre design and planning

7. Manage internal and thirdparty teams to produce high quality designs of FTTX, and B2B networks for underground and aerial networks

8. Continued driving of improvement in costs, timescales, and quality

9. To produce detailed industry standard documentation of the design and update on Inventory Management Systems

10. Aware of the Strategy team Architecture to be followed and maintained in GIS Applications

11. Design of the telecommunications industry and its practices standards regarding the fibre construction costs to build an optical network

12. Must have skills in defining, evaluating, solving, and presenting alternatives to complex engineering problems and in applying engineering and economic principles while conducting studies and surveys to analyze a technical system or design

13. Drive the SOW and provide the updates on weekly basis, also identify the RCA and arrest the data integrity issues.

14. Produces reports on quality assurance and projects for internal and client governance

15. Proposes, documents maintains and implements continual process improvements which lead to benefits for the client and TCTS

16. Assesses internal training needs and identifies training opportunities to ensure effective performance

Qualifications

1. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications Engineering with over 5 years of experience as a GIS PNI Expertise.

2. Proficient in MS Office Suite with good skills in PowerPoint and Excel
