Job Description

Technical Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on using the application. 

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical problems, including software bugs, hardware issues, and integration problems. 

Documentation: Maintaining documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. 

Training: Providing training to new users on how to use the application. 

Incident Management: Managing incidents, prioritizing issues, and escalating when necessary. 

Application Maintenance: Performing regular updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance. 

Collaboration: Working with development, design, and other teams to resolve complex issues. 

Root Cause Analysis: Identifying the underlying reasons for issues and implementing solutions. 

Performance Optimization: Monitoring application performance and optimizing it for efficiency. 

Security: Implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures. 

System Upgrades and Migrations: Planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.
