Important Notes for Applicants
This role is strictly for professionals with 7+ years of experience in Creative Strategy / Concept Development within Live Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations or IP-led formats.
If your experience is limited to social media, digital marketing, advertising copywriting, or graphic design without live event exposure this role is not suitable.
You must have hands-on experience building end-to-end creative blueprints for live events including: Theme development, Show flow architecture, Stage scripting, AV scripting, Narrative pitch decks.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Creative Director.
Work from office 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
Location: Matunga, Mumbai.

Role Summary:
Designation: Senior Creative Strategist

Position Overview
This is a creative role. You will be responsible for converting client briefs into immersive event narratives and experiential frameworks. That means you will:
- Build the central theme for conferences or award shows
- Structure the show flow from opening act to finale
- Write stage scripts and AV narratives
- Design the storytelling logic that connects dcor, content, performances and brand messaging
- Develop pitch decks that sell the entire experience
If you have never built a live event narrative from scratch this role will not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Thematic Development
- Decode client briefs and business objectives
- Create strong, culturally relevant event themes
- Build narrative arcs for:
- Corporate conferences
- Annual meets
- Award nights
- Brand activations
- IP-led experiential formats
- Ensure ideas are bold yet executable within budgets
Show Flow & Script Development
- Write and structure:
- Event show scripts
- Host scripts
- AV scripts
- Brand messaging integration
- Develop the full storytelling journey from entry experience to closing act
- Create narrative continuity across stage, digital screens, installations and content
Pitch Deck Creation & Idea Selling
- Build visually structured, story-driven presentations
- Use reference imagery and conceptual frameworks effectively
- Present ideas confidently alongside the servicing team
- Articulate both emotional and strategic rationale behind concepts
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Align with 2D/3D designers to translate concepts into visuals
- Guide production teams to maintain narrative integrity
- Oversee creative execution on-ground when required
- Ensure the final output matches the conceptual promise

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising or similar preferred
- 7+ years in experiential marketing (events marketing) creative roles
- Strong portfolio of live event concepts and pitch decks
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills
- Strong presentation and articulation ability
- Cultural awareness and trend sensitivity
- Commercial understanding of event feasibility
- Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote; Canva knowledge is a plus
