Job Title: Sr. CPU Performance Verification Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performanceverification infrastructure for x86 processors.
• Develop targeted tests to measure processor performance.
• Analyze and debug performance issues in RTL and simulation.
• Triage failures from simulation/emulation for core or subsystem regressions.
• Automate triage using Perl/Ruby; develop tools using Perl/Ruby/C++.
• Support postsilicon bug recreation when needed.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years in processor/ASIC performance correlation.
• Experience in microarchitecture and performance testing for modern processors.
• Strong skills in C, C++, Perl, Python; good understanding of digital design, RTL, and processor architecture.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of assembly and basic Verilog.

Education

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in CS, ECE, or EE with relevant coursework or research.
