Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided).

Clearly explain Aimlays services and convert leads into successful enrolments.

Identify customer needs and conduct impactful online product demos.

Use in-depth product knowledge to propose tailored solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or outbound sales.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong listening skills with a confident and courteous demeanor.

Quick decision-making and effective problem-solving abilities.

Adaptable, responsible, and driven by results.
