Job Title: Logistics Operations Executive / Freight Forwarding Executive

Position Summary

The Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day freight forwarding and logistics operations while supporting the Team Leader in delivering high-quality service aligned with departmental objectives. The role ensures smooth cargo movement through effective coordination, process adherence, and customer-focused operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer service, operational, and documentation activities related to freight forwarding.
• Assist Team Leaders in reviewing, implementing, and adhering to SOPs and operational processes.
• Plan and execute cargo consolidation activities while maintaining strong relationships with ocean carriers.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, overseas offices, and internal stations to ensure seamless cargo movement.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues proactively to minimize delays and service disruptions.
• Prepare and distribute pre-alerts and required shipment documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate system updates and operational tracking; knowledge of CW1 system is preferred.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight operations and cargo consolidation processes.
