Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 11 to 15 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SAP-FICA-Utilities and preferably domain experience in Outbound Logistics and Product Lifecycle Management. This role involves day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of SAP-FICA-Utilities solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP-FICA-Utilities modules to ensure optimal performance.Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP-FICA-Utilities processes and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP-FICA-Utilities with other business systems.Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP-FICA-Utilities configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP-FICA-Utilities.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to SAP-FICA-Utilities providing timely resolutions.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP-FICA-Utilities configurations and processes.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP-FICA-Utilities.Support the continuous improvement of SAP-FICA-Utilities by identifying and implementing enhancements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-FICA-Utilities activities.Provide regular updates and reports on project status and progress to stakeholders.Drive the adoption of new features and functionalities in SAP-FICA-Utilities to maximize business value.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SAP-FICA-Utilities and its applications.Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Show proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.Exhibit knowledge of Outbound Logistics and Product Lifecycle Management as a plus.Have experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation.Display the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all activities.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP-FICA-Utilities developments.Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and end-users.
