Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Finance & Accounting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis accounting principles and process improvement. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve financial issues.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
  • Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities to drive financial planning and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying trends and variances.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members on accounting best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Utilize financial software and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have experience with process improvement and project management.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
