Job Summary

Experienced resource with about 8+ years of experience Knowledge of P&C Insurance (Mandatory) GW product experience Good communication skills. The rate card is 56.70 CAD. Resource should be in chennai / kolkata


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and design of business processes within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation of innovative solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and emerging trends in Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support the development of proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior team members to build a strong and capable consulting team. Qualifications
  • Possess a deep understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance processes and regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
