We are hiring for the role of Sr Chatbot Developer at Pune (Hybrid role) with minimum 5 years of experience and having expertise on the Moveworks.ai/Kore.ai platform, below are additional details as required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in chatbot or AI application development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Chatbot Developer to lead the development and operations of our enterprise chatbot platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent conversational solutions using Moveworks.ai or similar Conversational AI platforms, with understanding of Agentic AI, Azure AI Foundry, and large language model (LLM)-based architectures. This role requires both technical depth and operational ownership, as you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, optimization, and maintenance of chatbot use cases across business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Chatbot Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced chatbot features using LLMs, Agentic AI, and other AI frameworks.
• Operational Ownership: Manage day-to-day chatbot operations, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization for high availability and reliability.
• Feature Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of chatbot feature developmentfrom ideation to deploymentensuring high-quality user experiences and measurable impact.
• AI and Automation Integration: Implement intelligent automations and backend workflows using Azure AI Foundry and related tools.
• Knowledge Management: Build and maintain dynamic knowledge bases, intents, and AI-driven decision flows.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze usage patterns and feedback to enhance chatbot performance and identify new opportunities for automation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, product, and data science to design scalable, secure, and efficient chatbot architectures.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers in AI development best practices, architecture patterns, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Proven experience with LLM-based chatbot frameworks and Agentic AI design
• Hands-on expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, or equivalent cloud-based AI platforms
• Familiarity with API integrations, event-driven architectures, and backend automation
• Experience with Moveworks.ai platform is preferred
• Operational Skills:
• Experience managing chatbot environments in production
• Strong debugging, monitoring, and optimization capabilities
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise chatbot platforms (e.g., Moveworks, Kore.ai, Dialogflow, etc.)
• Exposure to agentic workflows, autonomous decisioning, or AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of DevOps for AI applications (CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment pipelines)
