Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sr. Chartered Accountant to manage taxation, audit assignments, compliance work, and client servicing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CA firm operations and the ability to handle tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

*Direct & Indirect Taxation

Preparation and filing of ITRs for firms, companies, and individuals

Handling income tax assessments, notices, and compliance

Managing GST filings, reconciliations, and GST audit support

*Audit & Assurance

Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

Drafting audit reports and maintaining audit documentation

Ensuring compliance with ICAI standards and statutory requirements.

*Corporate & ROC Compliance

ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, incorporation support)

Compliance under Companies Act and LLP Act.

*Client Relationship Management

Managing a portfolio of clients and providing advisory support

Communicating with clients for requirements, deadlines, and updates.
