About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager / Adobe Campaign Specialist to partner with product, marketing, and business teams to support the design, execution, and optimization of customer offers and campaigns. This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and platform execution, ensuring campaigns and offers are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for campaign and offer management processes with strong hands-on experience in platforms such as Adobe Campaign and Naehas, particularly with Offer Module experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to gather campaign and offer requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
• Support end-to-end campaign and offer execution including intake, setup, configuration, QA validation, and launch coordination
• Configure and manage offers, eligibility rules, targeting logic, and approval workflows using Adobe Campaign and Naehas
• Ensure campaign execution aligns with defined business rules, compliance standards, and operational guidelines
• Document campaign workflows, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for campaign management and offer lifecycle processes
• Work closely with analytics, operations, and business teams to track campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Financial Services, Product Support, or Campaign Management roles
• Strong expertise in campaign workflows, offer lifecycle management, and campaign execution processes
• Hands-on experience with enterprise campaign management platforms such as Adobe Campaign and Naehas
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Offer Module is mandatory
• Strong experience in writing business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, analytics, and compliance teams
• Experience working in regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns including Email, Web, Mobile, and Digital channels
• Familiarity with compliance, governance, and approval workflows
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
