Job Description
Ar RP UXCollab, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced IT Sales Professional for International Sales (North America & Middle East) who can manage both B2B and B2C sales channels. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in bidding platforms, email campaigns, lead generation, and cold calling. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, ability to close deals, and a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and achievement of targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales process including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals for both B2B & B2C clients.
- Manage and execute bidding activities on online platforms (e.g., Upwork) to acquire new projects.
- Create and run email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture existing prospects.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to expand customer base and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client meetings.
- Maintain and manage sales trackers, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets for performance monitoring and forecasting.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and campaigns.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- 35 years of proven sales experience in B2B and B2C environments.
- International sales experience (North America & Middle East) is a must.
- Hands-on experience with bidding platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills especially PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel/Sheets (data analysis, reporting, and sales tracking).
- Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven expertise in driving RFQ, RFI processes, and preparing proposals as per project needs.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
