We're Hiring: Business Central Functional Consultant

We're looking for a Business Central Functional Consultant who understands business processes and wants to work on modern, AI-enabled ERP solutions . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and driving digital transformation.

• Business process analysis and functional solution design in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, and end-user training
• Functional support for AI agents, automation, and Power Platform solutions
• Close collaboration with technical teams on offshore ERP projects
• Helping clients move toward intelligent, automated ERP systems

• 3-5 years years of functional experience in Business Central / NAV
• Strong functional knowledge of Business Central / NAV modules, including:
• Financial Management (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management)
• Sales & Marketing
• Purchasing & Payables
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Supply Chain & Logistics
• Manufacturing & Production
• Project Management / Jobs
• Pricing, Discounts & Costing
• Basic understanding of LS Retail is a plus
• Strong learning mindset with interest in ERP + AI innovations
