About This Role

We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Strategy Manager to lead our growth engine.

This is a high-impact, manager-level role where your primary playground will be New

Business Pitches. You arent just looking for insights; you are craftily weaving them

into "The Big Idea" & that wins brands over. You will be the strategic lead for our most

ambitious clients and a mentor to our rising strategy talent.

Core Responsibilities

Lead the Pitch Process: Own the end-to-end strategic flow for high-value

pitchesfrom interpreting the client brief to delivering the final presentation.

Strategic Architecture: Develop overarching brand identities, long-term

communication frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for diverse industries.

Client Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, offering data-

backed solutions for their business challenges.

Insight Mining & Cultural Analysis: Use advanced tools and social listening to

identify white spaces in the market and consumer behaviors that others miss.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Creative Directors and

Business Heads to ensure strategic integrity from the "hook" to the final "visuals"

Team Mentorship: Manage and mentor the Creative Strategists, ensuring the

quality of work remains top-tier across the department.

The Ideal Candidate

The Closer: 4-5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency, with a proven

track record of winning pitches.

Business Minded: You dont just care about "likes" & you understand ROAS,

market share, and business funnel optimization.

Master Storyteller: Ability to build pitch decks that tell a compelling, logical, and

emotionally resonant story.

Leadership Presence: Comfortable leading a room and defending strategic

choices to C-suite stakeholders.

Sr. Brand Strategist
