Sr. BIM Modeler (SCAN TO BIM)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM Modeler (SCAN to BIM) based in Ahmedabad. The Senior BIM Modeler will process scan data into accurate BIM models, create and manage 3D models, and coordinate with teams across disciplines such as architecture, MEP, and construction. The role requires producing precise construction drawings while adhering to quality standards and project deadlines. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are achieved is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and SCAN to BIM processes
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience in creating and managing 3D models, with knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines, analyze complex data, and ensure quality and accuracy in deliverables
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software and tools; knowledge of applicable industry standards and codes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
