Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Engineer (Plumbing) based in Ahmedabad. The role involves creating and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM), preparing accurate construction drawings, designing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The candidate will also collaborate with architects, Structure engineers, and other professionals to develop advanced and innovative solutions for diverse projects. Team leadership and expertise in BIM coordination will be essential responsibilities for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software tools.
• Experience in preparing Construction Drawings with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing (MEP) systems design and coordination.
• Understanding of Architecture and Structure concepts as they relate to MEP integration.
• Familiarity with IPC and UPC plumbing codes.
• Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical is a must.
