The project is strategically positioned near IMT Kharkhoda , one of Haryanas fastest-growing industrial zones, with strong demand driven by industrial expansion, infrastructure growth, and workforce housing needs.

We are looking for a Senior Billing Engineer to manage end-to-end billing, measurements, and cost control for our construction projects.

The role is critical to ensure accurate billing, cost tracking, and prevention of revenue leakage .

Youll work closely with site engineers, contractors, and management.

• Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and contractor bills
• Check BOQs, measurements, and abstract sheets
• Maintain accurate measurement books (MBs)
• Monitor material reconciliation and quantity tracking
• Verify contractor claims vs actual site execution
• Prepare monthly cost reports and billing MIS
• Coordinate with site team for measurement verification
• Assist in budget control and cost optimization
• Support audits and internal reviews
• Ensure billing is as per drawings, BOQ, and agreements
  

• Civil billing & quantity surveying
• BOQ preparation and verification
• Measurement book (MB) handling
• RA & final billing
• Cost control & reconciliation
• Vendor / contractor coordination
  

• MS Excel (mandatory strong skills required)
• AutoCAD (for quantity take-offs)
• Billing & estimation tools (preferred)
  

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in billing & QS
• Experience in real estate / residential / infrastructure projects
• On-site billing experience is mandatory
