What You Will Own

• End-to-end marketing of IT consultants across US clients and vendor networks
• Strategic vendor development and account nurturing
• Requirement analysis and targeted consultant positioning
• Interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding follow-ups
• Revenue-focused pipeline management and daily performance tracking

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 25+ years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales
• Established Tier-1 vendor and direct client network
• Strong understanding of US employment models & compliance basics
• Ability to handle multiple consultants across technologies
• Confident negotiator with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in US time zones
