Sr. Associate- Retail Expansion & Location Acquisition

Mulmul is looking for a Retail Expansion Associate to support the brands growth by identifying and executing new store opportunities across key markets. This role will work closely with leadership to scout premium retail locations, manage store launch processes, and ensure timely execution of expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and evaluate potential retail locations across malls, high streets, and premium retail districts.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion decisions.

* Coordinate with mall managements, brokers, and landlords for site discussions and documentation.

* Support lease negotiations, commercial evaluations, and location feasibility.

* Work closely with design, projects, and operations teams during store setup and launch.

* Track timelines for store openings and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

* Maintain a database of potential locations, retail developments, and market trends.

* Assist leadership in planning expansion strategies for new cities.

Candidate Profile

* 24 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate coordination, or store development.

* Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands preferred.

* Strong understanding of malls, high streets, and retail real estate dynamics.

* Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to travel for site visits across cities.
