Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in CSG AWS DevOps Postman Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium. Experience in NPD/NPI is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a day shift environment with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various products ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide expertise in CSG AWS DevOps Postman Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium to the testing team.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify document and track defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure that all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure products meet performance criteria.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers sharing best practices and knowledge.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
  • Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools available.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in CSG AWS DevOps Postman Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in product testing.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
  • Show proficiency in identifying documenting and tracking defects.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience in performance testing.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to convey test results and progress to stakeholders.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in NPD/NPI is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior testers.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule.
