Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS CloudWatch AWS DevOps AWS IAM AWS EC2 AWS EMR Apache Spark and Python. Additionally experience in the Cards & Payments domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable applications using AWS services such as CloudWatch DevOps IAM EC2 and EMR.
  • Implement and optimize data processing workflows using Apache Spark.
  • Write efficient and maintainable code in Python to support various application functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues using AWS CloudWatch.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed by managing AWS IAM roles and permissions.
  • Automate deployment processes using AWS DevOps tools to ensure smooth and consistent releases.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
  • Document technical designs processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with AWS CloudWatch AWS DevOps AWS IAM AWS EC2 and AWS EMR.
  • Must have expertise in Apache Spark for data processing and analysis.
  • Must be proficient in Python programming for application development.
  • Must have domain experience in Cards & Payments.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Nice to have experience with other AWS services and tools.
  • Nice to have knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
  • Nice to have experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Nice to have experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Nice to have experience with data security and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Nice to have experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
