Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins Scrum .NET ALM UAF Maven UFT and PL/SQL. Experience in Payments Networks and Cards & Payments domains is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for various projects ensuring high standards are met.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Implement Scrum methodologies to manage and streamline project workflows.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UFT and Maven.
  • Ensure the quality of .NET applications through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Manage and track defects using ALM and UAF tools.
  • Perform database testing using PL/SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Conduct performance testing to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Work closely with developers to understand application functionality and design.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Jenkins Scrum .NET ALM UAF Maven UFT and PL/SQL.
  • Have a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Show proficiency in using automation tools such as UFT and Maven.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Payments Networks and Cards & Payments domains is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
  • Minimum of 9 years and maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of leading quality assurance efforts in complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of database testing and performance testing.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior quality engineers.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) ISTQB Certified Tester Jenkins Certification
