Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 8 years of experience proficient in Grafana to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our infrastructure. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of the companys infrastructure using Grafana.
  • Provide technical expertise in the implementation and optimization of Grafana dashboards.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of the infrastructure by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Grafana with other monitoring tools and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure monitoring processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure monitoring and management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide support for infrastructure-related incidents and outages.
  • Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling activities.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure monitoring.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure monitoring practices.

  • Possess extensive experience in using Grafana for infrastructure monitoring.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Have a solid understanding of infrastructure management and monitoring best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in integrating Grafana with other monitoring tools.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
