Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in New Relic Dynatrace Java and LoadRunner. Experience in Program Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our technology stack and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of New Relic and Dynatrace monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance.Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Java-based applications to maintain high availability and reliability.Lead performance testing initiatives using LoadRunner to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Optimize system performance by analyzing metrics and implementing tuning recommendations.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technology solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience with New Relic and Dynatrace for monitoring and performance management.Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java programming and troubleshooting.Have hands-on experience with LoadRunner for performance testing.Show a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Have a background in Program Management is a nice to have.Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Have experience in documenting technical processes and procedures.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.Show a strong commitment to maintaining system security and integrity.
