Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Predictive Intel and ServiceNow ITSM. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow Predictive Intel solutions to optimize IT operations.Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet business requirements.Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Ensure the stability and performance of the IT infrastructure by conducting regular system audits.Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all implemented solutions.Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to support business objectives.Provide regular updates and reports on project status and system performance to management.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow and ITSM technologies.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in ServiceNow Predictive Intel and ServiceNow ITSM.Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.Should have experience in hybrid work environments.Nice to have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.Should have experience in documenting technical solutions and processes.Must be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
