Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in React JS and JavaScript specializing in Finance and Accounting domains. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of cutting-edge financial applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial applications using React JS and JavaScript.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and debug issues providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth application performance.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive financial information.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and learning environment.Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.Document development processes code changes and technical specifications for future reference.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Demonstrate strong proficiency in React JS and JavaScript with a solid understanding of their ecosystems.Have extensive experience in developing financial applications with a deep understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.Show strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
