Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Spring Batch Spring MVC Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. The role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Batch Spring MVC Spring Boot and MicroservicesOversee the implementation of REST Web Services and ensure seamless integration with other systemsProvide technical expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL to solve complex problems and optimize performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure high-quality deliverables by conducting code reviews and implementing best practicesMentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledgeMonitor and maintain the performance of applications ensuring they meet the required standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development processContribute to the overall architecture and design of the system to ensure scalability and maintainabilityParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-upsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concernsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures including security and data protection standards
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Spring Batch Spring MVC Spring Boot and MicroservicesShould possess strong knowledge of REST Web Services and Core JavaMust be proficient in PL/SQL and have experience in database design and optimizationShould have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesMust have experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developersShould have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
