Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 5 to 9 years of experience in o9 Demand Planning o9 Supply Chain Analytics and o9 Supply Chain Master Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management preferably within the consumer goods sector. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of o9 Demand Planning solutions to optimize forecasting and inventory management.Oversee the development and execution of o9 Supply Chain Analytics to provide actionable insights.Provide expertise in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain challenges.Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.Ensure the integration of o9 solutions with existing systems and processes.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track project success.Train and mentor junior team members on o9 solutions and best practices.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.Support the development of business cases for new supply chain initiatives.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in o9 Demand Planning o9 Supply Chain Analytics and o9 Supply Chain Master Planning.Have a solid understanding of supply chain management principles.Experience in the consumer goods sector is highly desirable.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in project management and data analysis.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
