Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Cloud Platform APIGEE and DevOps. The role involves working on COTS Products in the BFS Asset and Wealth Management domain. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain APIs using APIGEE to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Oversee the implementation of APIGEE API Hub APIGEE Hybrid APIGEE OPDK and APIGEE X to enhance API management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement REST APIs that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct REST / API Service Testing to ensure the reliability and performance of APIs.
  • Utilize Google Cloud Platform to deploy and manage applications efficiently.
  • Implement DevOps practices to streamline the development and deployment process.
  • Manage the APIGEE Developer Portal to provide a user-friendly interface for API consumers.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of APIs by following best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API-related issues.
  • Document API specifications and maintain up-to-date records of API changes.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in API development and integration.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform and its services.
  • Have extensive experience with APIGEE including APIGEE Integration APIGEE API Hub APIGEE Hybrid APIGEE OPDK and APIGEE X.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in DevOps practices and tools.
  • Exhibit expertise in REST / API Service Testing and API development.
  • Show familiarity with the APIGEE Developer Portal and APIGEE Edge.
  • Have a solid understanding of COTS Products in the BFS Asset and Wealth Management domain.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
