Job Description:

You will be the bridge between the market and our mission and grow our new concept.

You are not expected to be a researcher. You are someone who finds the opportunity, defines the commercial scope, and closes the deal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnerships:

• Develop and implement strategies to create new partnerships with development organizations, donors, NGOs, and academic institutions.
• Identify and initiate partnerships that align with Outline Indias core values and business goals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring continuous engagement and communication.
• Client acquisition and onboarding and documentation
• Experience in media relations, communications etc. background

Stakeholder engagement:

• Maintain regular communication with current clients and donors, keeping them informed of project progress and updates through emails, virtual meetings etc.
• Represent Outline India at networking events, conferences, and forums to expand the organization's network.
• Manage the companys mailing list, ensuring it is regularly updated and segmented for targeted outreach.
• Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the companys vision and goals.
• Data checks and quality assurance on large - scale database

Outreach and Marketing:

• Plan and coordinate outreach campaigns to increase visibility among key stakeholders, policymakers, and the media.
• Track and measure the performance of digital campaigns, creatives, using insights to optimize outreach strategies.
• Good knowledge of content management and quality checks
• Manage the companys mailing list, ensuring it is regularly updated and segmented for targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually compelling content for social media, newsletters, and presentations.
• Attending conferences, meetings, events, and expanding our network.
